      1. Various recommended asans helps in correcting postures. Reshaping them in their natural position by strengthing tissues, muscles and ligaments by supplying more blood circulations to the concerned part.

      2. It improves bloods supply to the effected area to make that part more elastic strong whether it is tissue, muscles, ligament or bony structure.
